Many stars have a lot of creativity when choosing names for their children, but no one, until now, made the child’s name a registered trademark Ivy Blue is the baby girls name of Beyonce and Jay-Z. The baby was born on  January 7th. 

The couple presented an application to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and now they will have the absolute exclusive of the name so that it will not be used by any of us mere mortals.
Some speculate that the celebrity couple does not really want to make money with the name of the daughter, but simply to protect it so that some speculator fashion designers use it for its own commercial affairs. What is certain is that this fact is an incredible event that we will see repeating in the future by celebrities, or anyone who can afford it.

Beyoncé and her husband Jay-z have introduced to the world their first child on the web. They gave the fans the images of the baby, born in early January, posting them online without any exclusive millionaire deal. Blue Ivy appears in the arms of his mother and father, probably still in the clinic.
It is an elegant way to present the baby to the fans and expect them to respect their privacy.
